Hi, I’m Kaitlyn Edie, founder and lead bartender of Notorious & Co., a Northeast Ohio–based mobile bartending service specializing in weddings and private events.
I grew up in Homeworth, Ohio, and I’ve been bartending professionally since 2018. Over the years, I’ve gained experience not only behind the bar, but throughout the wedding industry as a wedding bartender, day-of coordinator, and wedding venue coordinator. That background gives me a unique, behind-the-scenes understanding of how events truly run—from timelines and vendor coordination to guest flow and venue expectations.
Bartending at weddings is different than bartending anywhere else—and that’s where my experience shines. Because I’ve worked directly with couples, venues, and coordination teams, I understand how bar service fits into the overall event. I know when efficiency matters most, how to stay organized under pressure, and how to adapt quickly so the celebration stays on track.

I’m a people person at heart. I love talking with guests, meeting new people, and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Outside of events, I spend most of my time with family and friends, hosting or attending game nights, enjoying the outdoors, and learning new things whenever I can.
I also have a dog named Lincoln, who keeps life busy and fun!
Music has always played a big role in my life, and I’ve been a longtime fan of Notorious B.I.G. ever since my cousin, Amy Beth, introduced me to his music back in grade school. That influence inspired the name Notorious & Co.—a subtle nod to confidence, individuality, and doing things your own way. The brand isn’t about being flashy; it’s about showing up prepared, authentic, and unapologetically professional.
